Joïo brings the sunshine of the Vaucluse to your table. Made from Muscat Petits Grains, it reveals aromas of summer flowers and golden fruit, best enjoyed chilled and shared in the lightness of a carefree moment.

Serving temperature: 9–12°C.

This wine pairs beautifully with asparagus served with gribiche sauce, or fresh goat's cheese bruschettas drizzled with honey.

The grapes come from 10- to 40-year-old vines planted on gently sloping, south-facing clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness.

The wine is made using direct pressing, followed by a three-day cold pre-fermentation maceration.
