In Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, our Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise captures all the generosity of the Provençal sunshine. A soft and luminous wine, where the freshness of the fruit meets the delicate sweetness of white flowers, for moments of pure indulgence.

Its colour is a bright jonquil yellow with golden highlights. On the nose, passion fruit and lychee mingle with notes of pomelo. The palate is wonderfully refined and beautifully balanced, with flavours of quince paste, candied lemon and mandarin.

Cellaring: 1 to 10 years.

Serving temperature: 8°C.

It pairs beautifully with foie gras and full-flavoured cheeses, but is equally at home alongside fruit-based desserts such as apricot tart, pineapple cake or chocolate tart.

The grapes come from around 40-year-old vines planted in the sandy safre soils of Beaumes-de-Venise. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness.

The grapes are cooled to 10°C before direct pressing. The wine is then aged on fine lees in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve all the freshness and aromatic expression of the Muscat.
