Gaïa is all about the sparkle of fine bubbles revealing the delicate character of Grenache Noir. A subtly sparkling Blanc de Noirs with a pale colour, combining freshness with delicate fruit notes. Light and surprising, it is made to be shared in the joy of a bright, carefree moment.

Cellaring: 2 years.

Winemaker: Sébastien Alban.

Serve well chilled, between 8 and 10°C.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with fresh starters, fish and dishes with citrus notes.

The grapes come from Grenache plots planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness.

After vinification, the wine is carbonated to create its fine bubbles, while preserving the freshness and fruity notes that define Gaïa.
